Carbon Clean, a leader in revolutionising carbon capture solutions, has been named 20th fastest-growing hardware company in The Sunday Times 100 Tech, the prestigious annual league table of Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies.

The ranking recognises private UK technology companies demonstrating the strongest sustained revenue growth over a three-year period, reflecting innovation, execution and long-term commercial momentum.

Carbon Clean achieved 86.35% revenue growth over three years, driven by accelerating global demand for scalable carbon capture solutions and the company’s continued progress in commercialising its modular, columnless CycloneCC technology, designed for mass production and deployment at scale.

The Sunday Times 100 Tech highlights the strength of the UK’s private technology ecosystem at a time when clean energy, industrial innovation and economic growth are national priorities. Carbon Clean’s success reflects the growing importance of carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) technologies in enabling decarbonisation across small and midsized hard-to-abate industries worldwide.

Aniruddha Sharma, Chair and CEO of Carbon Clean, said:

“Carbon Clean’s ranking as Britain’s 20th fastest-growing private hardware company is a proud moment for the entire team. This recognition reflects our sustained growth, our focus on innovation, and our commitment to commercialising breakthrough carbon capture technology at scale. As the market matures and energy demand grows our focus remains on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions that can be deployed around the world. There is strong momentum behind carbon capture and storage, and the UK is well positioned to be a leader in both deployment and technology manufacturing and export.”

All core elements of CycloneCC are manufactured in the North of England, supporting local supply chains and regional economic growth. As the only carbon capture company recognised among the 50 hypergrowth firms in The Sunday Times 100 Tech, Carbon Clean’s inclusion highlights the commercial maturity of innovative carbon capture technologies and their growing contribution to the UK’s clean energy economy.
