Guy Mansfield joined Carbon Clean as Chief Financial Officer in May 2026. With more than 25 years’ experience across carbon markets, renewable energy, and green infrastructure, he has led large‑scale finance transformations, built international teams, and supported complex capital raising and M&A transactions. At Carbon Clean, Guy leads the company’s global financial strategy as it scales its breakthrough carbon capture technology and accelerates industrial decarbonisation globally.

Graeme joined Carbon Clean in September 2020 and is responsible for leading and developing the Engineering team to support our Product Development, Project Delivery and Sales functions. Graeme has more than 35 years’ experience across a diverse range of roles and industries, including more than 15 years in pioneering technologies and developing projects within the CCUS sector.

Laura Gillions is an experienced marketing, communications, and business development leader with a successful career across central government and the private sector. She brings deep expertise in strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement, and growth-focused marketing.
She leads Carbon Clean’s global marketing, communications, and public affairs, strengthening brand visibility, supporting commercial expansion, and shaping external engagement with policymakers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Her work aligns market strategy with business objectives to accelerate impact and long-term growth.

David is VP of Site Operations, bringing over 20 years of experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations in the energy and industrial sectors. Allan Swan
Allan swan is Chief Executive Officer of Automotive Cells Company (ACC), where he leads the company’s mission to build a competitive, sustainable European Battery champion powering the next generation of electric mobility. He is responsible for accelerating industrial scale-up, strengthening strategic partnerships, delivering high-performance execution across ACC’s manufacturing, technology, and commercial footprint.
Allan brings a proven track record of transforming complex, capital-intensive operations into world-class manufacturing systems. Prior to joining ACC, he served as President of Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America, where he led one of the largest and most advanced lithium -ion battery operations the world. Under his leadership, the business scaled rapidly from early-stage operations into a high-volume, multi-site enterprise producing billions of cells annually, while establishing new standards in safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
A leader known for building disciplined, high-performance cultures, Allan focuses on clarity of direction, accountability, and execution at scale. He has extensive experience operating at the intersection of global partners, navigating cross-cultural environments, and aligning stakeholders around shared industrial and strategic goals - capabilities central to ACC’s success as a joint venture.
Throughout his career Allan has held senior executive roles spanning corporate strategy, manufacturing, operations and supply chain across automotive, and aerospace sectors. He is also a strong advocate for pragmatic climate action and the role of industrial innovation in accelerating the energy transition.
Allan serves as a non-executive board member of Carbon Clean, a London based technology company focused on carbon capture solutions for industry. He holds a master’s degree in global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southampton and has completed additional post-graduate studies in leadership and management.
