Meet our executive and
leadership team

Aniruddha co-founded Carbon Clean in 2009. As CEO Aniruddha leads and sets the company’s strategy and goals, represents Carbon Clean externally, including on a variety of industry and other bodies, and maintains overall responsibility for our sales, marketing and project delivery operations.

Prateek co-founded Carbon Clean with Aniruddha in 2009. Prateek is the principal innovator of our carbon capture technologies. He is responsible for developing and delivering Carbon Clean’s technology roadmap and leading our project engineering team. He is also a member of the Board.

Krishna Kumar Singhania joined the company in November 2022 as Chief Growth Officer. Krishna's responsibilities include developing & implementing sales & marketing strategies together with various partners necessary to deliver growth for the business. Krishna leads the Growth team of the business which includes sales, key account management, marketing & communications and public relations. Prior to joining the company, Krishna had over 18 years of experience in oil & gas offshore industry in various operational and commercial leadership roles working with several major clients across key geographies.

Guy Mansfield joined Carbon Clean as Chief Financial Officer in May 2026. With more than 25 years’ experience across carbon markets, renewable energy, and green infrastructure, he has led large‑scale finance transformations, built international teams, and supported complex capital raising and M&A transactions. At Carbon Clean, Guy leads the company’s global financial strategy as it scales its breakthrough carbon capture technology and accelerates industrial decarbonisation globally.

Levi joined the business in March 2023 as Chief Delivery and Supply Chain Officer. In his role, Levi is responsible for Health and Safety, Project Delivery, Engineering and Supply Chain. This role is both focused on near term execution priorities, as well as execution of our strategic supply chain scale up to meet our business growth objectives.

Ritu joined Carbon Clean in May 2023 as the VP of People. She has a multi-sector background, all in the People and Culture space, including Banking, Retail and Energy. Ritu leads the People Team at Carbon Clean and oversees all aspects of the People agenda including people operations, people partnering, leadership & people development, reward and engagement. She is passionate about building progressive organisations where people love to work.

Chris Dye is Vice President & General Counsel. A highly experienced legal professional who previously served as Legal Director, UK & Ireland for Johnson Controls. Chris will play a critical role in the company’s global expansion.

Graeme joined Carbon Clean in September 2020 and is responsible for leading and developing the Engineering team to support our Product Development, Project Delivery and Sales functions. Graeme has more than 35 years’ experience across a diverse range of roles and industries, including more than 15 years in pioneering technologies and developing projects within the CCUS sector.

Laura Gillions is an experienced marketing, communications, and business development leader with a successful career across central government and the private sector. She brings deep expertise in strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement, and growth-focused marketing.

 

She leads Carbon Clean’s global marketing, communications, and public affairs, strengthening brand visibility, supporting commercial expansion, and shaping external engagement with policymakers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Her work aligns market strategy with business objectives to accelerate impact and long-term growth.

Richard, a chemical engineer, is an experienced engineering project management leader and consultant. Richard leads and develops Carbon Clean’s worldwide project delivery organisation, as well as our procurement operations and supply-side partnerships.

Niels brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, project funding, and strategic growth to his role. With a doctorate in business, he combines deep academic insight with practical expertise to drive impactful results. Niels oversees fundraising, investor relations, and key strategic initiatives focused on enhancing company value, and driving sustainable long-term growth.

David is VP of Site Operations, bringing over 20 years of experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations in the energy and industrial sectors. David is responsible for Supply Chain execution and ensuring Carbon Clean’s facilities operate safely, efficiently, and at scale, supporting long-term growth through operational excellence.
